MY STORY
I bring 20+ years of corporate experience as a Chief of Staff to C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies, including Comcast, Staples, and Wayfair, leading corporate strategy, talent management, and M&A integration. I have coached executives across a wide range of industries, including Tech, Biotech, Consumer Products, Financial Services, Management Consulting, Logistics, and Philanthropy.
I Was a Coach Before I Realized It
Throughout my corporate career, the moments I thrived the most were when I mentored the next generation of leaders or was sought out across levels and functions as a trusted advisor, helping others navigate difficult decisions. Every time I listened, asked thought-provoking questions, and held space for an executive navigating significant change, I felt truly fulfilled and energized. Coaching was always a natural part of my leadership—it just took time for me to recognize it.
Since becoming an ICF-Certified Executive Coach and launching my coaching business in 2023, I have worked with a diverse group of leaders and organizations. My strength lies in creating a trusted space where clients can clear mental clutter, gain clarity, and uncover new perspectives.
I finally listened to that persistent voice in my head.

What can you achieve leading from 30,000 ft?
A central theme in my coaching is elevating my clients’ thinking—both simplifying and deepening strategic focus—while strengthening their mental resilience to navigate highly demanding work environments and complex people dynamics.
I use altitude as a metaphor for my coaching. I often ask my clients:
"Tell me about the last time you were at 30,000 feet—looking ahead to the next month, next quarter, or next year.
Most leaders don’t create space for this kind of reflection. Instead, they spend their days landing the planes—caught in the horizontal work, micromanaging, and reacting. My focus is to help them elevate above the chaos of the day and week, to enable them to lead with clarity and intention.

From this vantage point, they find a renewed sense of empowerment—not only to tackle immediate challenges but also to plan for the long-term, big-picture vision.
Clients appreciate my approach to holding them accountable and nudging them forward when needed. They also value my deep business experience, which builds enduring trust and connection. At the same time, they recognize the warmth, calmness, and commitment I bring to every coaching relationship—qualities that help unlock insights and drive meaningful change.
